Treadmill Tuesdays: Fat Blasting Intervals & Inclines

Now that it is September and Labor Day is officially over, I was tempted to start pulling out some of my fall-scented candles. Then I realized it’s supposed to be 94 degrees here today and that didn’t make too much sense quite yet. But I am waiting for that first fall-like day and those candles will be out and I will be baking something pumpkin-y!

Ah but anyway, theย good news is it’s a Tuesday that feels like a Monday! The bad news is, after a long weekend, it’s pretty hard to get back into the groove. The 30-minuteย treadmill workout I have for you today is one that I’ll do when I don’tย really feel like going to the gym, but I still want to get a decent workout in. (After all, who has time to waste at the gym?)

This is a great workout because it incorporates both Inclines and Intervals so you really get some fat-blasting action going on here.
