Treadmill Tuesdays: Killer Arms

One workday down, four more to go this week!

My legs are still asking for a little bit of a rest after Sunday’s half marathon so I decided to do a 20-minute arm workout this morning.

I found myself alternating between regular pushups and modified pushups, and I also used 10 pound hand weights for the shoulder press and arm curls – just do what works best for you!


So, I can’t believe today is the last day of summer! My how true this is, but I secretly can’t wait to eat all the pumpkin 😉
