Treadmill Tuesdays: Oatmeal, White Pants, and a Run

The Breakfast.

I know I’ve written on here before about my love of hot cereal, but I particularly crave it this time of year when the mornings are chilly and dark. I love sitting down watching Good Morning America with some oatmeal and maybe a mug of tea.

Of course I don’t have time to do this most week day mornings, but I did just buy a variety box of Quaker Instant Oatmeal and couldn’t stay away from the Cinnamon & Spice flavor this morning. I jazzed it up by using Vanilla Almond Milk too. It was warm, creamy, and full of fall-like spices!

The Outfit.

How do you guys feel about wearing white after Labor Day? I don’t think twice about it if I want to wear a white shirt or sweater in the winter, but I hesitated when I pulled white jeans out of my closet this morning.

Is it too much white in October? Does it help if I pair them with fall accessories, such as my orange shoes and blue scarf? Should I just throw this silly fashion rule to the wind and wear whatever I want? (Yup.)

I went for it today, and am looking forward to other ways to incorporate them into my winter wardrobe! (I also made AJ take like 5 different pictures before I found one I didn’t completely hate at 8am.)

The Workout.

Since cold weather is approaching (and can you believe we already turn the clocks back this weekend?!), that means my outdoor running days are starting to draw to a close for now.

I came across an old treadmill routine that I used to love but forgot about until recently, so I thought I would bring it back for you all today.

Here we go…

And that’s all I got for ya, make this Tuesday a great one!

How About You?

How do you feel about white outfits in the fall and winter months? How do you accessorize to make it more season-appropriate?
