Can you believe tomorrow is turkey day already? I’m so excited that the holidays are upon us, and I’ve been doing some thinking this week about the best wines to pair with Thanksgiving dinner.
Personally, I think a Pinor Noir is a great choice because it’s versatile enough to enjoy with some lighter flavors (like the turkey), but also can hold it’s own against stronger, more complex flavors (like a bold stuffing or cranberry sauce).
