Hi friends! How’s everyone’s Tuesday going? If you’re looking to get in a good sweaty workout this week, then look no further, I got you covered. 🙂
As I posted on Instagram over the weekend, I finally got an outdoor run in! 5 miles along the Hudson River on the Upper West Side.
This is my absolute favorite running route and I have been itching to get back out there. These views make for the best kind of Saturdays! (If you squint, you can see the George Washington Bridge in the background.)
50-Minute Treadmill Workout
Unfortunately it was cold and rainy yesterday, so I was relegated to the treadmill once again. I got these 5 miles in after work, and even though it wore me out, I felt great afterwards! (Isn’t that always the case?)
Note: I found a similar workout online last year, but I have no idea where it came from as I just found it written down; I also modified it a bit on the fly. It’s easy to throw in some walking or slower jogging breaks if you need.
30-Day Plank Challenge (Check-In)
If you’re looking for another type of workout, remember my 30-Day Plank Challenge! How have you been doing with it?
I remember to plank most days (thanks to the reminder set in my phone calendar), but there have been a few  days, last night included, where I’m either too tired or keep hitting “snooze” on my alert. I’ll be back at it tonight, and still hoping to get up to those final 5 minutes!
Happy Tuesday 🙂
That’s a beautiful run too! Planks are funny…it only takes a few minutes, but so many times I just don’t wanna! Haha

So jealous of your Hudson River run! I may be in Brooklyn for Easter visiting my dad and will likely go running in Prospect Park.
I try to do 1 min plank after each workout…I have been pretty good so far this month..we will see how it continues.
