Happy Wednesday friends! Whew, I’m still trying to get back to a normal schedule after my New Orleans trip. We didn’t get home until about midnight on Tuesday morning, so I was in a fog for much of yesterday. I will have a full NOLA recap up for you soon (hopefully tomorrow!), we had such a great time.
Now that I’m back to real life, it’s time to get back into my fitness groove. Aside from a few planks, I didn’t get in many workouts on vacation. However, I don’t feel too bad about that because we did a ton of walking, hitting over 10 miles on Saturday alone!
Here’s what my workout schedule is looking like for the rest of the week:
Wednesday – run 4 miles
Thursday – Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD
Friday – Elliptical or another Jillian Michaels DVD (this is going to depend on my mood and how motivated I am to get to the gym after work 😉 )
Saturday – run 6 miles — outside!!
Sunday – rest day
Just gotta keep that motivation up because right now the couch is looking awfully inviting 😉
